At rhode, we want you to love your glazed skin routine, but if you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 30-day return window for all products. Items must be in their original packaging and gently used to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to begin the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download the prepaid shipping label provided by our system.

  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original rhode box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
